This sweet potato and mango bone broth smoothie is as gut-healing and autoimmune-friendly as it gets!
Ingredients

- 1/2 Sweet Potato (medium, peeled, cubed)
- 1/4 cup Frozen Mango
- 1/2 cup Bone Broth (cold)
- 1/4 cup Plain Coconut Milk (from the can)
- 1 tsp Ginger (fresh, grated)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 serving Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Filtered Water
Instructions
- Steam the sweet potato for 12 to 15 minutes until tender. Transfer to a plate to cool down.
- Add the sweet potato and the remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend until very smooth. Divide into glasses and enjoy!
