Description

This sweet potato and mango bone broth smoothie is as gut-healing and autoimmune-friendly as it gets!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 Sweet Potato (medium, peeled, cubed)
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 cup Bone Broth (cold)
  • 1/4 cup Plain Coconut Milk (from the can)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (fresh, grated)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 serving Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Filtered Water

Instructions

  1. Steam the sweet potato for 12 to 15 minutes until tender. Transfer to a plate to cool down.
  2. Add the sweet potato and the remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend until very smooth. Divide into glasses and enjoy!
