Description

I’ve made this Tahini Date Smoothie for years now and it truly does taste like a Wendy’s frosty! It hits the spot every time. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana (frozen)
  • 3 tbsps Pitted Dates
  • 1 serving Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsps Tahini
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Cardamom (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • Chocolate Flavor: Add chocolate flavored protein powder or cacao powder
