Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 4 cups Water (filtered)
- 2 tbsps Pitted Dates
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, add the coconut flakes and water. Blend until smooth, at least one minute.
- Over a large bowl or pot, strain the pulp using a cheesecloth, nut milk bag, or a fine mesh sieve.
- Add the strained milk back into the blender. Add the date and cinnamon, if using, and blend until smooth. Transfer to a large jar or pitcher and enjoy!
Notes
- Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight glass container for up to four days. Shake well before using.
- No Dates: Use maple syrup instead.
- Leftover Coconut Pulp: Store in the fridge or freezer and use in cookies or smoothies.
