Braised Maple Dandelion Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 3 Garlic (clove, minced)
  • 6 cups Dandelion Greens (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the red onion and cook for two minutes. Add the garlic and continue to cook for another two minutes or until fragrant.
  2. Add the dandelion greens, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly wilted and cooked. Season with salt. Enjoy!
