After a decade of chronic fatigue, gut dysfunction, and three autoimmune conditions conventional medicine couldn't explain, Nikki discovered that healing required addressing the body at a cellular level — in the right order. That became the foundation for the Abounding 5™ Method, the lab-driven framework she uses with clients to restore gut health, hormones, and vitality without restrictive diets or guesswork.
