- 1/2 cup Coconut Cream (chilled in the fridge overnight)
- 1 1/2 tsps Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
Instructions
- Add the chilled coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla to a bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip on medium speed for two to three minutes or until light and fluffy.
- Use a fork and smash the raspberries in a bowl.
- Layer the coconut cream and smashed raspberries into small bowls, jars, or a glass. Use a spoon and gently swirl the layers. Enjoy!
