Description
The best chewy chocolate chip cookies that are gluten, dairy, egg, soy, nut, and grain-free.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Flax
- 1/2 Cup Tahini
- 1/2 Cup TigerNut Flour
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix water and flax and refrigerate for 10 minutes
- Mix tahini, maple syrup, and baking powder with the flax egg
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Top with sea salt
- Scoop cookie dough into medium ice cream scooper (or use hands to form into a ball) and add evenly to a cookie tray (lined with parchment)
- Bake for 9 minutes and remove from oven.
- Add 5-6 chocolate chips on each cookie gently
- Return to oven for another 1-2 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cook completely
- Freeze for later, store in an air tight container, or enjoy warm!
