The Best Grain-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

The best chewy chocolate chip cookies that are gluten, dairy, egg, soy, nut, and grain-free. 


  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground Flax
  • 1/2 Cup Tahini 
  • 1/2 Cup TigerNut Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Chips 
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt 


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 
  2. Mix water and flax and refrigerate for 10 minutes 
  3. Mix tahini, maple syrup, and baking powder with the flax egg
  4. Stir in chocolate chips
  5. Top with sea salt  
  6. Scoop cookie dough into medium ice cream scooper (or use hands to form into a ball) and add evenly to a cookie tray (lined with parchment) 
  7. Bake for 9 minutes and remove from oven. 
  8. Add 5-6 chocolate chips on each cookie gently
  9. Return to oven for another 1-2 minutes 
  10. Remove from oven and let cook completely 
  11. Freeze for later, store in an air tight container, or enjoy warm!
