- 1 1/4 cups coconut milk
- 1 serving hydrolyzed collagen peptide powder
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut or MCT oil
Instructions
- Whisk matcha powder with 2 tbsp of boiling water.
- Add coconut milk to a small saucepan and heat on low just until lukewarm. Stir in coconut oil and matcha mixture. Use a whisk to mix well. Remove from heat.
- Add mixture to a blender along with all the other remaining ingredients. Blend for about a minute until well combined and very foamy.
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
