Description

Make this creamy collagen matcha latte to improve your energy while healing your gut! This recipe is simple, delicious, and can be enjoyed as part of a gut healthy morning routine.

Instructions

  1. Whisk matcha powder with 2 tbsp of boiling water.
  2. Add coconut milk to a small saucepan and heat on low just until lukewarm. Stir in coconut oil and matcha mixture. Use a whisk to mix well. Remove from heat.
  3. Add mixture to a blender along with all the other remaining ingredients. Blend for about a minute until well combined and very foamy.
  4. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!

 

Notes

No coconut: Sub almond, cashew, hemp, or flax milk instead

  • Nut-Free: Use a nut-free milk instead, like coconut or oat.

  • More Flavor: Adjust the maple syrup according to preference.

  • Additional Toppings: Sprinkle with additional green tea powder to serve.
