This is a simple way to utilize kefir into a delicious berry smoothie recipe and jazz it up a bit!
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Plain Kefir (Coconut or raw milk )
1 serving Protein Powder
2 tsps Beetroot Powder (beetroot)
1 tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter
1 1/2 cups Frozen Berries (mix of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
3 Ice Cubes (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
