I love to share my favorite recipes with you so you can add these yummy ideas to your arsenal. There are never too many nourishing and gut-healing foods to incorporate into mealtime! This Beef Stew recipe is one of my all time favorite soups to make. I actually had it this week for dinner!
It’s such a simple recipe that I cook all the time for my family, especially when it’s a little chilly outside. When it’s cold outside I know to boost my mood and bring a little comfort, warm savory stew is the way to go.
I also love that it takes less than 30 minutes which I am all about these days!

Glutathione is my absolute FAVORITE antioxidant to talk about because it’s such a powerhouse for your gut. It supports your gut through helping to strengthen your detox pathways, block inflammatory compounds, protect and strengthen your gut lining, and improve immune function. It’s essential to say the least!

"When it comes to balancing our body, healing the gut, reversing autoimmunity, and achieving optimal health—we are a lot like a car that won’t run right. In order to fix the problem once and for all instead of relying on jumper cables, we must get underneath the hood, run the diagnostics, and replace the battery so that it runs good as new."
