We made it to springtime! Hibernation season is officially over and I’m so excited that the sun’s been shining and the birds have been chirping. This transition brings me so much joy!
The warm weather can be such a great motivator, which is why so many of us decide to “spring clean” once this time of year rolls around. Gotta put those bursts of energy to good use!
Now you might consider spring cleaning to look like decluttering your closets or scrubbing areas of your home that, let’s be honest, haven’t been touched in ages. And while keeping your space and surroundings fresh and organized is fantastic (especially for the mind), this isn’t the only way you can benefit from a “spring clean.”

Here are some tips to get you started…
TIP #1: Switch to non-toxic cleaning products
Make sure you keep your health in mind when cleaning your home! Too many chemicals and toxins in cleaning products can wreak serious havoc on your health. These chemicals affect your immune system, allergies, and gut microbiome.
