I’m back with this month’s update of the products and resources I’ve been loving lately. I’m always on the lookout for ways to make living a health-focused lifestyle as simple and joyful as possible!

Navigating the holidays can be tricky when you’re trying your best to prioritize your health. I’m here to tell you that it does not have to be an all or nothing decision! It is possible to stay on track with your health goals while enjoying all your favorite foods and traditions. 

I like to remind myself, my clients, and all of you in this community that there are effective ways to stay healthy, relaxed, and nourished this holiday season. AVOCADO MATTRESS 🥑

While I usually make my own homemade bone broth, I’ve been so busy lately I haven’t found the time to make any from scratch. In seasons like this, I love using Fond Bone Broth. Fond is a brand I trust with both quality and flavor. They only use pasture raised chicken bones, grass-fed AND finished beef bones, and fresh organic herbs. Fond has around 20 grams of protein per jar and is full of trace minerals. 

They slow simmer their broth for 18+ hours which gives it such a rich delicious flavor I honestly crave it almost daily. I love that they offer many varieties for those with food sensitivities or who are sensitive to FODMAPS (which is hard to come by with bone broth unless you’re making it from scratch).
